ROGER CHUNG
Rogers mission for Brickhouse is to create a space that is welcoming to beginners, challenging for experienced lifters and has all bases covered when it comes to improving your health and wellbeing. The fitness industry can be overwhelming, misleading and toxic at times so Roger wants to cut through the noise by providing expert coaching packaged in a friendly, judgement-free environment.
Roger has a wealth of experience in personal training spending 7 years in the Brisbane CBD servicing corporate clientele as well as 3 years managing and developing the fitness team in a commercial gym. He believes in a balanced approach to health and fitness and understands the struggles of being a time-poor parent having recently becoming a father himself.
Ask him about his favourite sports, books, tv shows and food if you see him around the place, he’s always down to chat! He doesn’t take himself too seriously.
Roger handles the admin and operation of the gym, runs group classes and also takes on One on One PT clients.

RHYS CARSON
Stealing one of the best lines from How I Met Your Mother…..”Haaaaaaaave you met Rhys?” ?
If you haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting and chatting to our newest trainer, then you’re missing out on a plethora of movie quotes, body-function wisdom, general chit-chat fun, that trademark cheeky grin AND his knowledge and expertise in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
You can train with Rhys in One-On-One PT Sessions and he also runs group classes.

MADDY BLACKWELL
Maddy is the perfect person to have in your corner when it comes to getting fit and healthy. Not only is she bubbly and fun, but she also has a great eye for form and can create amazing circuits that will help you reach your fitness goals.
She’s full of energy and loves nothing more than helping her clients get the most out of their workouts.
You can train with Maddy in One-On-One PT Sessions and she also runs group classes.

NIKKI REED
Nikki is Brickhouse’s very own personal ‘peace and calm’…she exudes an energy that just makes you feel instantly at ease, which makes her Yin classes feel very special.
You’re guaranteed to leave the gym after her yoga classes ready to sleep like a baby (one that actually sleeps) and have nothing but sweet dreams.
Nikki runs our weekly group Yoga class and often special classes for our Challenges.

MITCH CONTESSI
After years and years of relentless dedication to the sweet science of Boxing with us, Mitch is not just a seasoned-client…but also our go-to assistant coach!
From expertly working the corner at fight nights, to holding pads and running classes – Mitch brings the perfect blend of skill and coolness to our team.
You’ll soon feel at ease and right at home when you enter the Boxing Studio for Mitch’s sessions. He’ll rid you of any fears or emotions of intimidation and welcome you with open arms (gloves).
