AMRAP Workouts are structured where you have a set amount of time to do as many exercises as you can – while the expectation is that you’ll work as hard as you can, this allows each client to perform the class at their own pace. Most AMRAP routines are around twenty minutes long however you can vary this from anywhere between 10-30 minutes which allows for a lot of flexibility in its structure. Our classes at Brickhouse will run for a total of 30 minutes which will include a 5 minute warm up and cool down and 20 minutes of WORK – a combination of simple strength, cardio and plyometric exercises that can be performed quickly and safely.
